For every role, Leopard's founders will partner with your team on search design, while Leopard sourcers spend 40 hours a week per role on identifying fits, running outreach, sending follow ups & scheduling. You'll also get access to the contingent network at a discounted rate.
Cost: $5k per role / month + 15% of candidates' first year base salary upon placement
