If you're approved, you'll be able to join our Slack network. We'll share information about your company with the women engineers we're working with and connect you for an interview if there's a match.
Cost: 20% of candidates' first year base salary upon placement
If you choose the embedded plan, we'll work with your team to design outbound recruiting campaigns via Linkedin. We utilize our best practices, candidate database, team of sourcers to get you relevant, experienced & diverse candidate introductions. You'll also get access to the contingent network at a discounted rate.
Cost: $5k per role / month + 15% of candidates' first year base salary upon placement
