FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does joining the Leopard network entail? Can I join even if I'm not job seeking?
When you join the Leopard.FYI network, you'll initially have a zoom call with one of our founders where we'll start by defining what a "better opportunity" means for you (improved compensation, company culture, etc.). Where it gets different is how we use this information. We use it to proactively identify and connect with companies that fit your criteria. Our team will find and email companies, confirm that there's a match on preferences, and share the information we've gathered to determine if it's a good fit. From there, you'll have an open line to the team for support around negotiation, scheduling, and anything else you need <3
