I am a career changer who went from being an English major to over a decade in tech as a senior software engineer, engineering manager, and VC-backed founder.
My coaching has empowered engineers to land successful career pivots, get promotions, and create a life which feels true and energizing to them. Some highlights are 40k raises, starting a business, and getting a book deal with Penguin.
